Does the devil keep reminding you of your past sins? Here is a story to tell him.
A much loved-minister of God once carried a secret burden of long- past sin deep in his heart. He had committed the sin many years before, during his Bible school training.
No one knew what he had done, but they did know he had repented. Even so, he had suffered years of remorse over the incident without any sense of God’s forgiveness.
A woman in his church deeply loved God and claimed to have visions in which Jesus Christ spoke to her.
The minister, skeptical of her claims, asked her, “The next time you speak to the Lord, would you please ask Him what sin your minister committed while he was in Bible school.” The woman kindly agreed.
When she came to the church a few days later the minister asked, “Did He visit you?” She said, “Yes.”
“And did you ask Him what sin I committed?”
“Yes, I asked Him,” she replied
“Well, what did He say?”
“He said, ‘I don’t remember.’

Beverley has been serving the Lord since she was a child. At an early age, she recognized that God had a special plan for her life, but it was not until in her adulthood that she surrendered her total life to God and accepted the mandate that God placed on her life. The Lord called her into His Kingdom to be an encourager, intercessor, teacher, scribe, priest, and to proclaim the Word of God.
Since then, Beverly has established a blog to teach us to become the oil and wine. The oil and wine are purified and mature products, which is the advanced level that the Lord expected of us.
In 2017, Beverley published her first book, Harm Not The Oil And Wine. In it, she described her trials and how God helped her to overcome them, and to live more victoriously. The book also exposed the enemy of our souls with detailed information about his past defeats and future extinction.
Wright spents most of her time studying the Bible to know the truth of God’s Word. She believes that only God’s truth can expose the deception of the enemy, and uproot and tear down spiritual strongholds.
You can learn more about Beverley’s life and testimony on her website becomingtheoilandwine.com.
You can also find her on Facebook and Google+ under the name of her blog, and on Twitter as @Theoilandwine.

I love this. Thank you very much. Accepting forgiveness is sometimes harder than giving forgiveness to others, because we find it hardest to forgive ourselves. I wonder why we hold onto unforgiveness towards ourselves?

The devil likes to remind us of our sins to keep us in bondage but God forgets them. Thanks be to God.

The devil is the accuser, but often we have made judgments and other sinful responses to hurts from others and life. These judgments, lies and inner vows can keep us in strongholds of bondage until we recognise and repent of of our judgments too. Repenting of judgments, renouncing vows and reversing lies are important steps towards forgiving self, others and God and are such blessed relief towards freedom.

Funny but true. God deletes and forgets our sins the minute we forget but the devil the accuser takes a few images and plays the clips in our heads from time to time Here is my tiny little trick I say louldy ‘SHUT UP PRINCESS!’ everytime I realize the devil is using me to bring down my heart😂 and it works instantly!!

Praise 👏 the Lord. “Gone, gone! Yes my sins are gone. Never to be remembered any more.” One of my favorite church choruses when I was younger. Thanks for the reminder.
