Something Has To Break!

During our Sunday morning service at church, a little girl ministered to us in dance to the song by Kierra Sheard and Tasha Cobbs Leonard – Something has to break.

Despite her young age she danced with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

The title of the song reminds me of all the things that are happening in this world right now.

It may seem as if the devil has the upper hand in the battle but the Lord is assuring us that all the plots and traps that the enemy has devised will break in one hour.

Something has to break in this world!

You may be experiencing some tough times and it appears as if God has forsaken you, but my encouragement to you today is not to give up because something got to break in your life.

Recently, over the past two months I went through some turbulent times when my son was ill.

He spent two months in the hospital and during those times all I could do was to hold on to the promises of God that the sickness will be broken one day.

And, it did! Praise the Lord!

I am deeply grateful to all my blogging friends, my church brethren and family who prayed for myself and family throughout the ordeal.

When you are in the midst of trouble God is with you to hold you with His mighty right hand.

As time passes so will the problem fade away until it’s power is broken.

So this morning, I pray that the Lord will break down every barriers and obstacles that are obstructing your path.

Break down the blockage that is preventing you from seeing the glory of God.

Break down every stronghold and root out the stubborn spirits.

I pray that the Lord will break you and mold you into refined oil and wine.

Amen!

It is God’s desire that we become the oil and wine.

Be reminded that the Lord has given you the authority to break the neck of the serpent.

But, you must first break down every idol that has taken first place in your life.

You must break down the wall of pride and capture every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Never fear because you are God’s battle axe and together with Him something must break today!

Thus said the Lord,

20 Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms;

21 And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;

22 With thee also will I break in pieces man and woman; and with thee will I break in pieces old and young; and with thee will I break in pieces the young man and the maid;

23 I will also break in pieces with thee the shepherd and his flock; and with thee will I break in pieces the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and with thee will I break in pieces captains and rulers.

24 And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the Lord.

25 Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the Lord, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain (Jeremiah 51:20-25)

I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. (Psalms 2:7-9)

4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.

5 The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars; yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon. (Psalms 29:4-5)

I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. (Isaiah 45:2-3)

Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? (Jeremiah 23:29)

The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. (Psalms 46:7-11)

Other references: 2 Corinthians 10:5 -7

Base on the above scriptures, it is evident that God is still in the breaking buisness.

Therefore, I believe that something will break today!

Do you believe this?

If you do, click on the video below and worship with Kierra Sheard and Tasha Cobbs Leonard.

Do you know how we can get more attention to this particular page that we can have more Believers praying for him and his family? Thank you for anything you can do. • Thank you, Susan for bringing my attention to Paul’s blog. I follow his blog and read his posts occasionally. I will be praying for him and I do know that others are also praying for him. I wish I could do more to help him because his needs are urgent. But God is able to do far more than we can ask or think. You are doing a great job of passing the word around and for praying for him. I will have to ask his permission to reblogged since his prayer request is personal.
