Harnessing the Power of God’s Word in Your Life

The earth obeyed the commandment of God to bring forth plants and vegetation of various kind.

“The land produced vegetation—all sorts of seed-bearing plants, and trees with seed-bearing fruit. Their seeds produced plants and trees of the same kind. And God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:12 NLT)

Likewise, the land, the sky and oceans obey the voice of God to produce animals birds and sea creatures.

As long as the earth last it will continue to obey the voice of God because the spoken Word of God is everlasting.

When God speaks, the words are alive and powerful and hasten to accomplish His command.

None of God’s words will return to Him void, but will all prosper in the things where He sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

However, humans sometimes limit the Word of God through doubt, unbelief and disobedience.

How can you ensure that God’s Words prosper in your life?

The best way to keep God’s Word alive in your life is to speak it aloud.

The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament His handiwork (Psalms 19:1). This is seen in the limitless expansion of the universe at the command of God.

The earth also declare the glory of God because “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, and day and night Shall not cease.” (Genesis 8:22 NKJV)

Therefore, you can also declare aloud the positive things, based on the Word of God, that you want to accomplish in your life.

If you have never done it before it is not too late to begin right now.

So open your mouth and declare,

I shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord (Psalms 118:17 NKJV).

I am the head and not the tail. I am above and not beneath (Deuteronomy 28:13)

All the works of my hands are blessed (Deuteronomy 28:12)

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)

Declare the wonderous works of God in your life because if He has done it before for you, He will do it again (Psalms 71:17).

  1. Amen … God’s Word is alive and powerful. Speaking it aloud invites His promises to work in your life. Trust Him, declare His truth, and watch Him move.
