Due to what is happening in the world right now, I decided to edit and republish this blog post.
Current World Upheaval
With this ongoing war, many people believe there is an ethnic cleansing happening in Palestine by the Zionist regime.
Also in Sudan is the civil war between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which began on April 15, 2023.
This war results in massive killings and violence against many innocent people. It has resulted in a widespread humanitarian catastrophe, with over 150,000 deaths and nearly 12 million people displaced (BBC.com).
The ongoing Middle Eastern crisis, which escalated in 2026 with the America/Israeli war with Iran and the Israeli/Lebanon war.
There is a rise in political leaders in major influential countries such as the USA, Russia, Israel, China, and Africa, with evidence of the antichrist spirits.
The fruits of this evil spirit are blasphemy, lying, deceit, lack of morality, lack of compassion, and they do not accept the Lord Jesus Christ.
And every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
1 John 4; 3 NKJV
Because the atmosphere is so charged with conflict, it has affected the children.
Hence, there is an increase in school shootings, such as the two separate school shootings in Siverek and in Onikişubat, Turkey, that left 12 people dead and 35 others injured (Wikipedia.org).
These worldwide conflicts did not happen overnight. They have their roots in the beginning of creation.
The Origin of Crisis
God created the heavens and the earth in wisdom and perfection (Jeremiah 10:12).
The earth was rich in flora and fauna. It was splendid in beauty and marvelous in all its habitation.
God created the first man and woman. He called the man Adam (mankind) because he represented the first human race, who was sinless.
The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein. For He has founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the waters.
Psalms 24:1-2 NKJV
For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. (Psalms 33:4-5 NKJV)
Psalms 33:4-5 NKJV
However, as a result of sin, God cursed the earth, causing various catastrophes to cleanse the earth.

Catastrophe Number One
Adam and Eve disobeyed God, which caused a cataclysmic event. The earth became desolate and void with thorns and thistles erupting all over it.
I beheld the earth, and indeed it was without form, and void; And the heavens, they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and indeed they trembled, and all the hills moved back and forth.
I beheld, and indeed there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens had fled. I beheld, and indeed the fruitful land was a wilderness, and all its cities were broken down at the presence of the Lord, by His fierce anger.
Jeremiah 4: 23-26 NKJV
Catastrophe Number Two
Adam and Eve repented, and God healed the Land. Then the generation of Cain, who was marked with sin, cohabited with fallen angels and once more contaminated the earth (Genesis 4-6).
The earth was so corrupted with the wickedness of man that God repented that He had made man (Genesis 6).
Will you keep to the old way which wicked men have trod, who were cut down before their time, whose foundations were swept away by a flood?
Job 22: 15-16 NKJV
The Floodgates of Hell were unleashed upon the earth!
But God, being merciful, saved Noah, who was perfect in his generation, and his family in the Ark.
The flood waters swept away all the unclean things, and the earth was cleansed. God made a covenant with man with the sign of a rainbow that He would never again destroy the earth with a flood.
Catastrophe Number Three
The descendants of Ham, one of Noah’s sons, united the entire generation of people to rebel against God by building a tower or a shortcut to heaven (Genesis 11).
But God disrupted their plans and not only disrupted their language, but also divided the earth by a great earthquake (Genesis 10:21-25, 32).
I believe that this great earthquake divided the land into different continents, producing different ethnic groups with different languages.
Since then, there have been no major worldwide catastrophes on Earth.
However, the current upheavals suggest that the world is heading toward a major Catastrophe Number Four.
Do you believe that this is true?
If you believe this, how can we prevent it from occurring?
2 Chronicles 7:14 states that if we repent and seek the face of the Lord, and turn from our wicked ways, He will heal our land.
The choice is ours: Repent or Catastrophe!
Which will you choose today?
