How praise can overcome obstacles
“And the seventh time it happened, when the priests blew the trumpets, that Joshua said to the people:
“Shout, for the Lord has given you the city!” (Joshua 6:16 NKJV)

The above passage emphasizes the power of praise and trust in God as demonstrated in the biblical account of Joshua and the falling of Jericho’s walls.
It encourages believers not to seek vengeance or defend themselves against enemies, but rather to rely on divine intervention through praise.
The priests’ trumpets signal the moment for the people to shout, affirming their faith that the Lord will deliver the city to them.
By doing so, they are instructed to move forward with confidence, as their obedience and praise will result in victory and the fulfillment of God’s promises.
There is power in your praise!
You do not have to defend yourself against the enemies.
You do not need to take revenge.
Just praise the Lord and trust Him!

It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him.” (Joshua 6:5 NKJV)
Are you surrounded by the enemy?
Never fear just lift up your voice and praise the Lord!
