Last year Christmas my home was in spiritual disarray because my son was hospitalized
Consequently, I spent the entire Christmas season in fasting and prayer

This Christmas season finds my home in disarray once again, but this time it was physical due to the reconstruction of the windows in my apartment.
I thought about the word “disarray” and realized that it was similar to confusion.
What is confusion?
Confusion is defined by dictionary.com as disorder; upheaval; tumult; chaos.
Confusion is an abomination to the Lord.
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. (1 Corinthians 14:33)
In the Old Testament, the laws made it clear that if humans lie with beasts or if a man lies with his daughter-in-law or commits any other forms of incestuous acts, they were confusion and abomination unto the Lord (Leviticus 18:23; 20:12)
“The wisdom of this world is sensual, devilish and filled with strife and envy. Where there are envy and strife there is confusion and every evil work.” (James 3:13-16)
“But the wisdom of God is pure, peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.” (James 3:17-18)
Satan is the author of confusion because he is the father of lies.
He sows seeds of confusion to throw your household into disarray disrupting families, communities, and ultimately the society.
Wherever this evil spirit is identified, it is best to destroy it immediately and release the spirit of peace.
Releasing Peace
God is the author of peace because He is the prince of peace.
The Lord operates on the foundation of mercy and judges righteously without partiality.
When we sow seeds of peace we will reap the fruits of peace and righteousness.
When your ways please the Lord even your enemies will be at peace with you (Proverbs 16:7)
So, stand up and set a standard because the Lord Jesus Christ is with you as a mighty warrior.
For all the promises of God in Him are yea and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. (2 Corinthians 1:20)
Prayer to be delivered from the spirit of confusion
Lord, I depend on you for protection. Don’t let me be disappointed. You always do what is right, so come and save me. Listen to me and save me.
Be my Rock, my place of safety. Be my fortress, and protect me!
You are my Rock and my protection. My God, save me from wicked people. Save me from cruel, evil people.Lord God, you are my hope. I have trusted you since I was a young boy. I depended on you even before I was born. I relied on you even in my mother’s womb.
I have always prayed to you. You are my source of strength, so I have been an example to others. (Psalms 71:1-7 ERV)
But the Lord is with me as a mighty, awesome One. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten.
But, O Lord of hosts, You who test the righteous, and see the mind and heart, let me see Your vengeance on them; For I have pleaded my cause before You.
Sing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For He has delivered the life of the poor from the hand of evildoers. AMEN. (Jeremiah 20:11-13 NKJV)
As you enter into the New Year, I pray that the Son of man will be exalted in your daily life and you will receive His revelation and always live in peace.
