Morning Prayer

Teach me and guide me and show me thy way;

Help me in my walk as I get through this day.

As I walk through this day, I can trust you to know;

That to me you’ll reveal the way I should go.

Your Word is so true and is ever so deep;

It’s the Lamp on my path that sheds the Light on my feet.

Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy Truth, and teach me; for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. Psalm 25:4-5

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Psalm 32:8

    Beverley, this prayer is good for every day, thanks, yesterday was a rather rough day, but God got us through it. Stay close to Him, He is faithful.

    I always start my days this way for I never know what the day will hold, so as I draw nigh to Him, I know He will draw nigh to me, and yes, so true what you said, He is faithful. Have a blessed day. 🙂
