Remaining Calm

Remaining calm in the midst of adversity.

Remaining calm when the battle rages and you are at the front line.

Remaining calm when life throws some unjust rocks at you.

Remaining calm when your pride is in overdrive.

Remaining calm when your tongue is wild.

Remaining calm when the storm rages around you.

Remaining calm when a loved one is gone from this world.

Remaining calm is impossible!

But,

With Jesus in your heart, He can calm the impossible with just three simple words.

Peace, Be Still!

He calms the storm, so that its waves are still. (Psalm 107:29)
But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. (Matthew 8:26)
Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm (Mark 4:39)

Are you able to remain calm in any of the above situations?
