“You must be violent because the violent will take back the kingdom of heaven by force!”

…..So true……so let us march forth with our Gospel Armour on and shout “Onward Christian Soldier! “

  2. The word violent in the above scripture can send different messages to individuals. Some people believe it is to take up arms and defend the gospel but I believe it is our determination to live a holy life to God while on earth.

How desperate are you to enforce the kingdom of God into your daily life?
Since the day of John the Baptiste, the kingdom of God suffered violently due to horrific persecution from vicious men. Therefore, if you want to be a part of the kingdom of God you need some violent weapons to take it by force.

    1. Adamant is a great word to use. I was going with the scripture that said. The kingdom of God suffers violently but the violent takes it by force. The word ‘violent’ in the latter part of the verse is used more like a metaphor. It means your determination to take back the what is rightfully yours.
