We celebrated the gift of LIFE for the entire months of March and April and indeed those two months brought many challenges and triumphs in our lives.

We celebrated our first anniversary on this blog, and we looked at some of our past trials that strengthened our successes.

We recognized how fragile our lives were when faced with the sudden deaths of friends and family members. But although our life is short, it is precious, and we need to love and cherish each other as we aspire to live a more abundant life on earth. 

It is, therefore, fitting that we end this month with a prayer and a prophetic word from the Lord. The following is a direct message from the Lord to you:- 

“When your father and mother condemn you, I do not! When friends, husbands, children and the enemy condemn you, I do not. I will never condemn you.

“Condemnation is a spirit from the enemy. Rebuke and destroy it from your life. It is not from me. You need to recognize the spirits that are not of me and put them out of your life.

“I will never leave you alone nor will I forsake you. I am dwelling in your heart, and I am here to stay. I will reinforce my word in your life over and over again until it becomes a part of you.

“You will not beg; you will not borrow. You are above and not beneath; you are the head and not the tail. I will exalt you and set you upon a rock above your enemies. When I set you up you shall never be removed.

“No weapon formed against you will ever prosper. Therefore, the words of men will never put you down. When I bless you, no man can ever curse you.

“You are my friend. I am your Redeemer. I took you from the hands of condemnation and out of the house of bondage, and I have set you on a path of righteousness. A road that I carved out especially for you.

“Therefore, you cannot return to the past because it is dead. I will use the enemy’s words to overthrow and destroy them. You shall see and hear of their destruction that they dug for themselves.

“Stay still and watch my salvation. I will deliver and exalt you highly. You shall not weep any more tears of regret or pain. You shall weep tears of joy and prosperity. I have granted success and happiness to you. Therefore, be still and allow me to work on your behalf.

“Stand still and wait! I said wait and be courageous people of Zion. Be brave and wait on me your Lord and God.” Said the Lord, our Redeemer.

The Lord spoke the above words in my heart on November 10, 2011, to comfort me from a broken heart. I hope those words will be of comfort to you also.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, give us a spirit of humility so that we can receive your words and apply them to our lives. We acknowledge that your word will be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. We need you to guide and strengthen us from day to day.

We are your people and the sheep of your pasture and you cared about us. So strengthen our faith so we can rest in your word.

Let the word of Christ dwell in our heart richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in our hearts to the Lord.

And whatever we do in word or deed we will do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen. (Colossians 3:16-17).
