Tearing Down The Walls of Pride
The Lord is totally against the spirit of pride, and He proclaimed judgment upon this spirit. If anyone encourages this spirit in their lives, they will fall directly under the judgment of God.
The following is the prophetic word of the Lord:
If you are an impressionist who thinks that you are smarter, better or more important than other people, you will be humbled. If you are arrogant, disdainful and insult others, you will one day have to bow down and submit to God; because on the day of the Lord only He will be exalted.
Moreover, the Lord says, that He is not please with the daughters of Zion (Christian ladies) who are haughty, self-centered, stubborn and unruly. They walk around daintily making loud clicking noise with their heels.
The Lord said that He will strike them severely with scabs (sores) from the crown of their head and He will uncover their secret sins. On the day of the Lord He will take away their jewelries, their fancy hair styles, their designer clothing and sweet perfumes.
Instead of sweet smell there will be stench; instead of a sash there will be a rope; instead of well set hair there will be baldness; instead of rich garment there will be a binding of sackcloth and there will be branding (burning) instead of beauty. They will become desolate and alone in mourning because their men shall die in war.
On the day of the Lord He will come against every proud and arrogant spirit and bring them low. The Lord will come against everything that are high and lifted up even the tall trees, high hills and mountains, the skyscrapers, large ships and all the man made exalted technology will be brought down. On the day of the Lord of host, only He will be elevated in praise and glory.” This is the word of the Lord.
I, therefore, pray that every proud spirit that exalted its name against the highest God will be destroyed. I renounce pride, and I declare the spirit of humility over our lives because if we humble ourselves and seek God’s face; and turn from our selfish and wicked ways the Lord will hear us and forgive our sins and heal our land.
So most holy Father we humbly and sincerely receive your words, and we open our hearts and mind to you so that you can put a new spirit within us.
We ask that you take away the hardened and stubborn heart and give us a heart of flesh so that we can serve you and walk in your statutes and keep your commandments. I affirm once more that you are our God, and we are your people in righteousness and holiness. In Jesus name, Amen
