Sometimes we have stop speaking to hear the voice of God.

Sometimes we have to leave all the worldly distractions behind to hear the voice of God.

You will not find God in the noise of the false prophets.

You will not find God in the loudest shout.

You will not find God in the religious debacle.

You will not find God in every wind of doctrines.

You will not find God in the wisdom of this world.

But, you will find God in the still small voice speaking to your heart convicting you of sin, guiding you and comforting you.

Then He said, “Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice

(1 Kings 19:11-12 NKJV)

Therefore,

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah” (Psalms 46:10-11 NKJV)
