You are already a winner when you speak the truth.

Deception plague every area of society but you do not have to compromise.

Maintain your integrity and speak the truth all the time.

“Honesty is the best policy” is an old but true phrase.

How do you know the truth?

In a world that is bombarded by an overload of information, how do you decipher the truth?

The mainstream media tell you one story but then you will hear a different version the story alternative media.

Who is telling the truth? Who do you trust?

A person can become quite confused in this world if we listen and believe everything that you hear.

My mother always tell me to “pick sense out of nonsense.”

I followed this advise to know what information to discard and what to keep.

I also trust my heart.

I trust the person who lives in my heart.

…that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height. 

(Ephesians 3:17-18 NKJV)

Jesus Christ who lives in my heart said that I will know the truth and the truth will set me free.

He also tells us that the Spirit of truth – Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth (John 16:13).

Therefore, when you do not trust the world and their news, trust Jesus who live in your heart.

He will show you the truth.
