One Meal To Last A Life Time

1–2 minutes

Is it possible to eat one meal that will keep you alive for the rest of your life?

Elijah ate two meals consisting of a cake and a glass of water, which sustained him for forty days and nights.

Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.(Matthew 4:4)

The journey of life is too great for you.

Therefore, you need bread specifically prepared that will strengthen and keep you.

Jezebel is in hot persuit of you to kill the prophetic Word over your life.

The devil is stalking, ready to devour your soul.

Lack of nourishing food will weaken your body and spirit.

A starving body will yield to temptation.

A weak spirit will lead to backsliding.

Thus, you need the bread of life.

This bread is the Word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

The Word of God should be your daily bread to sustain and strengthen you.

The Word that the Lord speaks from His mouth are righteous and truth.

His Word will remove fear from yout heart and brings protection.

After these things the Word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. (Genesis 15:1)

The Word of the Lord will deliver you from the bondage of sin.

The Word of the Lord will heal and restore you.

The Word of the Lord will lead you into your destiny.

So arise and eat your bread – the Word that comes out of the mouth of God.

And, forever you will walk in the strength of God’s meal.

  6. This is a confirming encouragement for me. I’ve been feeling stressed and rundown lately. I feel like God has been reminding me: “Sara, eat my Word.” Spent a beautiful morning with coffee, my journal, and Bible this morning. It was refreshing. 🙂

  7. Beverley you are inspired in your writing. Not so much a skill as a gift. What a neat way of interpreting what we as believers are called to. And without this nourishment many wither and die on the vine. Bless you.
