God Can And He Will

1–2 minutes

Is there anything too hard for the Lord?

Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?

His provision is guaranteed

Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked? (Ecclesiastes 7:13)

His protection secured.

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)

His love is forever.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)

You can be confident that whatever God said, He is able to perform.

I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. (Ecclesiates 3:14)

  2. Thanks Beverley! This reminds me that we have to move from just knowing that “God can” to believing that “God will”. It’s easy to fall into the trap of struggling to believe “He will” do things for us. It’s easier to believe He’ll do it for someone else, but we must believe “He will” also do it for you, me or anyone who believes. Great word!! 🙌🏿

    1. So true. Sometimes we do limit ourselves in what we believe God can do for us. I am guilty of doing this also. Thank you for reading and your words of encouragements. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. 🙂❤
