New Years Tag
The New Year’s Tag was created by Matt at Jesusluvsall’s blog to reflect on the past year.
Matt is an awesome young man who wrote many inspiring posts. Visit his blog and be inspired!
Here is how to participate:

2- Share a link to the person who created the tag- jesusluvsall.wordpress.com
3- Share a favorite New Year’s Memory
4- Answer the questions of the person who tagged you.
5- Tag whoever you want.
6- Use any picture that you like for New Years’.
One of my favorite New Year’s memory is attending an all-night concert called GENESIS when I was a young lady in my twenties.
The Youth for Christ group in Jamaica hosted this concert every New Year, which began at 12AM after Watch Night service.
The concert lasted from 12 AM until 6MAM. We sang and danced to the popular gospel artists and had a great time.
One of my favorite gospel artists who use to perform is the Grace Thrillers.
After the concert, I would walk to the Bustamante Hospital for Children where I was scheduled to work in the x-ray department for the day.
I used to take a nap in the staff lounge before starting to work at 10am.
Those were some fun times. I had no chick nor child then (LOL). Great memories!
Matt questions to me
1- If you could celebrate the New Year anywhere. where would it be?
I would like to see the Rose parade in Pasadena, California. Every year I watched it on HGTV.
2- What is your favorite snack food for New Years?
No favorite food. I eat anything that is available in my fridge.
3- Have you ever kept a New Year’s resolution? If so, what was it?
I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions.
4- What do you want to do with your blog next year?
I am praying that my viewers will increase in the New Year.
5- Do you prefer a big party or a small gathering to celebrate?
I am not much of a party person, but I prefer small gatherings.
My Questions for my nominees if they choose to participate are the same as Matt’s..

No I am too old for that now. That was when I was in my twenties. I went to watch night service then returned home after 1am to my bed. I slept until about 12pm.

I mostly like sweet things. 🙂. But in the new year my church embark on 21 days of fasting. I want to try the Daniel fast eating only vegetable even for snack.

Haaa so. My local church is doing the same thing. May the good Lord honor our fast and renew our strength this season.

I lol at #2. Hailirous!
In bringing in the New Year, there is nowhere I would rather be than in the House of God with the people of God. I was feeling blah about the New Year but after a dynamic Word preached from my Apostle I’m ready to face 2020 with Vision.

Great! The powerful Word of God can boost your hope and inspiration for the New Year. We do not know what is ahead, but with God on our side we can face whatever challenges come our way. Just live one day at a time trusting in the Lord.

Thank you, Dawn. Yes, those were precious memories. I shared them every new year with my children. Every year they graciously listened and nodded, but I know they are tired of hearing them. 🙂.
