Praise The Lord!

1–2 minutes

This past week has been a hectic one filled with testings.

At the end of Friday, I learned some valuable lessons.

The first lesson is that the Lord will use trying circumstances to reveal the true characteristics of people.

The second lesson that I learned is that the Lord will grant you favor in the midst of the trials.

Finally, whatever plots that the enemy conspired against God’s people, God will turn it around in their favor.

The Lord will continue to bless us during our trials and He will send the rain on the just and the unjust.

Therefore, let us release the spirit of thanksgiving and praise in spite of our circumstances.

PRAISE THE LORD!

Praise the Lord! Praise, O servants of the Lord, Praise the name of the Lord! Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forevermore!  From the rising of the sun to it’s going down the Lord’s name is to be praised.

He raises the poor out of the dust and lifts the needy out of the ash heap, that He may seat him with princes— with the princes of His people. He grants the barren woman a home, like a joyful mother of children. Praise the Lord! (Psalms 113:1-3; 7-9)

Great message, Beverley. How could we not praise Him for all His blessings and goodness He bestows upon us.

    Psalm 150
1Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord. Amen!
