Keep Your Ship Afloat

1–2 minutes

Negative thoughts can contaminate your mind.

These bad thoughts include worrying and complaining.

Not only the bad thoughts that you think can contaminate you, but also negative words that others speak about you.

However, you can control your thoughts and how you react to what others say about you.

Instead of worrying or complaining, tell everything to God. Don’t hold anything back.

Fall on your knees and lay all your problems at the feet of Jesus and arise with peace in your heart.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:8)

Pull the good thoughts to the forefront of your mind and praise the Lord with your life.

Amen!
