ln honor of Black History Month, I am sharing the following Youtube Video of an excerpt of Martin Luther King’s speech. “If I had just sneezed.”
I believe he was one of the greatest Orators and his speeches still touch and inspire the heart of many people.
Thank you for listening.
Exaltation to God
When all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the Lord on the temple, they bowed their faces to the ground on the pavement, and worshiped and praised the Lord, saying: “For He is good, for His mercy endures forever.” (2 Chronicles 7:3)
O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is Your name in all the earth, who have set Your glory above the heavens! Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants, you have ordained strength, because of Your enemies, that You may silence the enemy and the avenger. (Psalms 8:1-2)
Give to the Lord, O families of the peoples, give to the Lord glory and strength. Give to the Lord the glory due His name; bring an offering, and come into His courts. Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness! Tremble before Him, all the earth. (Psalms 96:7-8)
The voice of one crying in the wilderness: “Prepare the way of the Lord; make straight in the desert A highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted and every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight and the rough places smooth; The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” (Isaiah 40:3-5)
The Word of the Lord stands forever!
AMEN!
