Three powerful Bible verses to take you through the New Year.

This is the beginning of a brand new year.

We do not know what lies ahead. But, one thing I know for sure is that God is able to keep and protect you.

God is able to provide for you and give you far more than you can ever think of asking.

Therfore, I will remind you of three powerful promises of God that you can hold on to each day of 2019.

1. The Lord will never leave nor forsake you.

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)

2. You are the head and not the tail.

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 

And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. (Deuteronomy 28:12-13)

3. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phillipians 4:13)

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)
