Anger has always been a thorn in my side. When things didn’t go my way I would react impulsively and my emotions would reach a 100 in seconds.
But I asked God to deliver me from that and He did. Now when I find myself getting angry I give it to Him and He teaches me how to respond according to the offense.

Many of us have a hard time dealing with anger. I use to have that problem but I learned how to practice self-control.

I agree with you that only God can teach us how to control our anger. If you notice in our society today the spirit of anger is responsible for the many atrocities, including the mass murders in France, that are occurring in the society. Therefore it is up to us as people of God to rebuke and destroy this terrible spirit that is destroying our country.

Anger is like a drug or alcohol leading to bad decisions.
Controlling your anger is not easy to control when you are in a environment where you feel like everybody is out to go against you.
Misery loves company.
Also too it’s best when something bother you too it’s best to speak about it instead of holding it in because if you keep things bottled up inside, one day you will explode and erupt like a volcano
