Let’s Make it Happen!
“You need me. I need you. We are all a part of God’s body. Stand with me agree with me. We are all apart of God’s body. You are important to me. I need you to survive. It is his will that every need be supplied. I need you to survive. I pray for you, you pray for me, I love you. I need you to survive. I won’t harm you with words from my mouth. I need you to survive.” Hezekiah Walker
The above words of this song are very powerful. They state the importance of each of us because our survival depends on our support of each other.
Indeed, Jesus said in John 15:1-8 that He is the vine, and we are the branches. When we abide in Him, we will bear much fruit and without Him, we can do nothing. Without Christ, we are like the chaff which withers and burn.
When we all abide in Christ in unity, we can ask anything of Him, and it will be done. Without this unity in the body of Christ – the Church, we will not experience many supernatural miracles.
Our physical body has many members such as eyes, ears, feet and hands. None of them can do without the other (1 Corinthians 12:12-31). This is the exact situation with the Church.
We are the body of Christ, and each of us has individual functions which are necessary to allow the body to grow. If one part of the body malfunctions then the entire body is in jeopardy.
Think about this carefully and you will understand why there is a lack of power and authority in the Church, and this is the reason the enemy is attacking us daily.
The simple solution to this problem is for us to work together in unity through the unifying force of the Holy Spirit.
We all need to form a network where we share our love, prayer and support for each other. When we are bonded together the enemy does not have a chance against us.
The social media on the internet such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc. are an excellent place where we can support and encourage each other. The teens and young adults are avid users of the internet and we need to target them.
We need to utilize the social media on the web in a positive way. It should not be used for gossiping, backbiting and showing off our pretty clothes and pictures.
Neither should it not only be used to promote our business, but we also need to use it to uplift the name of Jesus Christ. We need to bombard it with the word of God until all negative things are decreased and the positive increased.
Although thousands of Christians are already using the internet to teach, testify and praise God, there are still many Christians who are standing by the wayside reluctant to join in.
I was one of those people until God showed me that this is the media that He will use to harvest this millennial generation
It is through the social media that God is going to scatter, dispose and annihilate the enemy. I, therefore, encourage you to get on board and be a part of the great MOVE of God. Let us unite together as ONE.
