  3. I kept thinking about you, Beverley, as the hurricane developed. I thought you were all right in BVI, but I had no idea you were originally from Jamaica and had relatives and friends there. I’ve been praying for every affected by the hurricane. The damage is unimaginable! I pray you will soon hear from all your friends and family and find out that they are okay. I pray they are safe and did not have severe damage to their homes.

    1. Thank you, Janet for you much needed prayers. Indeed, the devastation is unimaginable. Only those who have gone through something similar can imagine the horror. But we trust a mighty God who delivers all the time. The recovery will be slow, but they will recover because Jamaicans are strong and resilient. Most of my friends and family are located in the eastern and central parts of the island and did not have much damage. Thanks again and God bless you.

      1. I’m relieved to learn that most of your friends and relatives were not in the hardest hit parts of the island, but I’m sure everyone on the island is going to suffer from this storm for years to come. Continued prayers for everyone in Jamaica.
