A priest who was performing the last rites on a dying man said to him “Renounce the devil! Let him know how little you think of him!”
The dying man said nothing. The priest repeated his order, but still the man said nothing.
“Why do you refuse to renounce the devil?” the priest asked.
The man responded, “Until I know where I’m going, I don’t think I should aggravate anybody.”
