Holy Communion – A Child’s Way

1–2 minutes

The church was celebrating Holy Communion.

During the children’s sermon the minister was talking about Communion and what it is all about.

The minister said, “The Bible talks of Holy Communion being a joyful feast. Joyful means happy and feast is a meal. So a joyful feast is a happy meal, right?”

All the children nodded their heads in agreement.

So the minister asked, “What are the three things we need for this happy meal?”

A little boy put up his hand and said, “Hamburger, fries and a regular soft drink!”
