Barnabas Award #3

2–4 minutes

The Bible states that Barnabas was a good man who was filled with the Holy Spirit and strong in faith.

As a result of Barnabas’ Christ like characteristics and his encouragement to the people, a great number of people believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and were converted.

May we endeavour to be like Barnabas and be an example of Christ on earth.

I was nominated by Mrs. HOLLIMAN to receive the Barnabas Award.

Mrs. Holliman is an example of a person who exhibits Christ like characteristics similar to Barnabas.

I pray that the Lord will continue to be her shield and exceedingly great reward. (Genesis 15:1). In Jesus name. Amen.

Please visit her blog, God’s Love and show her some love.

Barnabas award

Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch. Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord” (Acts 11:22-23)

Barnabas encourage the people in Antioch to seek God. We should all strive to be a Barnabas!!!!

Thank the person who nominated you, and share their blog

Think of five bloggers that encourage and inspire you and nominate them.

List five things about yourself and answer the five questions asked.

Yes, I had ackee and saltfish at work at the Jamaica Independence Day potluck we had. Everything was so delicious! But I must say the patties are my all time favorite. 😋
