In anticipation of the official Thanksgiving Day November 28, 2019, celebrated in the USA, I will dedicate the next few days to give God the sacrifice of thanksgiving.
Since the beginning of summer, the enemy has been shooting some fiery darts at me.
To God be the glory, I always wear my breast plate of righteousness and I carry the shield of faith, which quench all of Satan’s evil darts.
Yesterday, Satan released another of his darts and I was knocked down for a while.
But, I quickly got up on my feet and decided to resist him with some praise.
Hold my pen and let me praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord!
My Heavenly Father, as I enter into your presence I praise you and I magnify your holy name.
I will praise you with a song in my heart and glorify you with thanksgiving.
I will sing to you O Lord. I will make a joyful noise to you for you are the rock of my salvation.
For you, Lord, is a great God and a great King above all gods.
In your hands are the deep places of the earth and the strength of the hills are also yours.
You, Lord, made the seas and your mighty hands formed the dry land.
You created us as people of your pasture and sheep of your hands.
Therefore, you are my God and I will worship you.
I will bow down and kneel before you, my Maker.
For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations. (Psalms 100:5)
