Confirmation That God Said It
If God said it, then it must come to pass.
How do you know if God said it?
How do you know it was really God who promised you that thing that you are waiting on?
You can be certain that you heard from God when the words that He spoke to you are in alignment with the perpetual covenant that He made with man.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:28)
Confirmation that your promises are from God
Everything that God promised to you is good for you and will give you life.
For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. (Psalms 84:11)
The promises of God will bring fruitfullness to your life
The promises of God will give you protection.
Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. (Exodus 23:20)
The promises of God bring His glorious presence in your life to give you rest.
And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (Exodus 33:14)
The promises of God brings victory in your life.
One man of you shall chase a thousand, for the Lord your God is He who fights for you, as He promised you. (Joshua 23:10)
The promises of God will give you peace and sweet rest.
“Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. (1 Kings 8:56)
Above all, when you receive the promises of God they will bring repentance to your heart.
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. (2 Corinthians 7:1)
When God made a promise to you, it must fulfill because whatever He said that He will do, He has already gone before you and did it.
The work is done!
So get up and walk in your blessings.
And the Lord gave unto Israel all the land which He sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.
And the Lord gave them rest round about, according to all that He sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand.
There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass. (Joshua 21:43-45)
For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee. (2 Corinthians 1:20-22)
Let us sealed the promises of God with a resounding
YES!
And
AMEN!
His Word will not return to Him void. Amen!

Yes and amen, this wonderful reminder of Gods promise, reminded me of that scripture as well.
“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11

Good morning Beverley, your reminder of Gods promise that He is faithful in that which He says He will do is also manifested through His perfect timing through your message. I need to absorb what you wrote because my husband and I are going through a trial in which we must be patient and wait for God to fight this battle we’re going through, and when I read this message it reminded me of two other scriptures that God quickened my spirit with, and one was Isaiah 55:11 which I wrote in my reply to Dawn, and the other one is Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
So, I will continue to trust Gods faithfulness to see us through this trial. I believe it will work out according to His purpose and plan for all those involved. If you would keep us in prayer, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a blessed weekend. 🙏

Hi Susan. It is good to hear from you again. I was thinking about you and praying that all is well with you. I pray that whatever situation that you are going through it will work out for your good. There is no problem that God cannot solve and there is no storm that He cannot calm. So I pray that God will solve the problems and rebuke the devourer for your sake. In Jesus name. Amen. You and your husband have been on my mind and I will continue to pray for you both. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

According to The Complete Word Study Dictionary: New Testament, the Greek term for “hope” is elpis, which means “an expectation of something in the future: expect with desire.” Now hope is rooted in a futuristic promise–a declaration of something that will manifest in the future. Faith is the vehicle that brings a thing from the future into the now. Hope turns into the substance of faith and what makes the difference is the credibility of the Promiser. If we have faith issues with God, what we really have is credibility issues with God. God promises us things in His Word, but because He is the Promiser and He has credibility due to a proven track record (He is not a man that He should lie), we can freely hope and trust Him. You know it’s going to happen; faith now becomes the substance.
