Let us continue to pray for the people of the Bahamas who have been devastated by the monster hurricane Dorian.

Dorian passed over the Virgin Islands last week as a tropical storm but on Thursday grew gigantic category five hurricane packing winds of over 180mph.
The storm tore through Abaco moving at 5mph and then slowly moved over Grand Bahamas where it sat over the island for the entire day Monday, September 2, 2019.
It pummeled the flat terrains with winds 180mph creating massive flooding, toring down trees, buildings, motor vehicles and everything in its path.

The entire country is devastated and the news reported five people dead but I believe there are hundreds of unreported deaths
Numerous videos and pictures are flooding the social media showing the massive destructions. May God have mercy on the people!
The people of the BVI strongly empathized with the people of Bahamas as we have been in similar circumstances in 2017.
However, we are grateful that we did not have to endure hurricane Irma for an entire day.
One person told me that if Irma had done this she would have asked God to take her life.
This storm has resurrected some painful memories for us and so our hearts goes out the people of Bahamas to let you know that we are praying for you.
Heavenly Father,
We put the people of Bahamas before you, O’ God. We know that nothing is impossible for you.
We know that you are greater than hurricanes and all natural disasters. We know that you can calm the storm and halt the raging winds.
We surrender to your will knowing that it is not your will for anyone to perish.
Lord, we pray that you will rescue the perishing and care for dying. Help them in this distressing time of need.
Lord, we cry unto you to break up this monster storm into many pieces and let them be scattered across the ocean that it will not affect another land.
Lord give the people of Bahamas the strength and resilience to get back on their feet and rebuild.
Have mercy Lord! In Jesus name, Amen.
Continue to pray for the victims of this storm. Please help if it is in the power of your hands to do so.
Thank you.
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
(Isaiah 41:10 NKJV)
