Will You Be Made Whole?

1–2 minutes

Recently, I was talking to a young man who has been praying for his total healing. The Lord impressed upon my heart to ask him the following questions.

When God heals you, what lifestyle will you return to?

Will you return to the lifestyle of partying and reveling?

Will you return to a lifestyle of anger and rebellion?

Will you return to a lifestyle of pride and disobedience?

When God heals you, what path will you choose?

Will you choose the broadway that is filled with exciting travelers?

Will you choose the narrow path that is sometimes rough and bumpy?

Not many people travel on this narrow road, but you will not be lonely because the Lord Jesus will be your friend and guide.

After God performs a miracle in your life who will receive your precious time?

Will it be your job, friends, family or social media?

God is still seeking, saving that He might give you abundant life.

Will you be made whole?

God not only wants to heal your diseases, but He wants to free you from the bondage of sin.

The Lord wants you to leave the past behind and enter a new beginning.

Therefore, the Lord will answer your prayers when His prayers for you are answered.

Will you be made whole?

Your faith will make you whole.

Your devotion and obedience to God will make you whole.

When your heart is set in the right place,

Behold you are made whole!

Go and sin no more!

John 5; 8; Luke 19:10

  1. I am always amazed at how perfectly the Lords suits His words for each individual. What a precious Father who cares for us each individually, knows our exact needs, and always draws us closer to Himself if we choose.

  3. This part is truly thought provoking: “Therefore, the Lord will answer your prayers when His prayers for you are answered.”

    1. Yes it is! Think of Hannah. There was a famine in the land for the Word of God and the Lord wanted a prophet – a faithful man of God to deliver His Word. Hananh answered God’s desire when she told Him she would give the child He gave her back to Him. Sometimes we only want things from God, but we never consider what He really wants from us as a person. Thank you for sharing.

  4. This reminded me of Paul and his thorn in the flesh. I think sometimes we are going through things for God’s greater purpose, even though we may not realize it at the time.

    1. Definitely! I do beleive God looks at our individual situation and act accordingly. The way in which He heals you may not necessarily be the same for me. God wants each of us to relate to Him on a personal level and not because of the things that He has done for others. Thank you for sharing. God bless you.
