Jehovah is His name!

Jehovah

A God of unbroken promises.

Jehovahjireh

In the mount of the Lord it shall be seen. Jehovah will see to It!

Jehovahnissi

The Lord is my banner and He will totally obliterate the enemy.

Jehovahshalom

A God of peace.

Jehovah

The most High God above all the earth.

He will put to shame those who conspire against His people.

Jehovah

The Lord Jehovah is our strength and song.

He also has become our salvation.

Jehovah

In the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength.

You can depend on Him.

When you are down in the dry pit, call on the name Jehovah and He will ensure that you are well taken care of.

When you are facing the giant mountain, call on the name Jehovah and He will go before you as a consuming fire.

Wherever there is war and confusion the devil is in the midst. Call on the name Jehovah and He will bring peace.

And in that day shall ye say, praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth. (Isaiah 12:4-5)

    How I wish all are privy to this great JEHOVAH! You know what? I am just flowing in an effusion of the glossolalia, reading this post.

    I taught the meaning of Jehovah (the self existing One) to my son at the tender age of about 8. He’d say, “Dad, it excites me the way you explain it that, it means ‘HE is by HIS own power!’ This is ponderous!

    May I titivate you a little bit? When Jesus said, “Before Abraham was I am,” The ‘was’ is not an inflection of ‘am.’ The verb ‘was,’ ginomai (ghin’-om-ai), means: ‘to cause to be (“gen”-erate); (reflexively) to become (come into being).’ And ‘am’? it is eime, which is ‘exist.’ May it interest somebody that, ‘I am,’ here, ‘Ego Eime,’ in the Greek, is the same as I AM THAT I AM that God called Himself when Moses asked for HIS name? Jesus is LORD! Selah!
