The harvest of the fields is upon us,
Of the tares and the wheat ’tis true;
The fields are ripe for the picking,
Of the workers there are but few
The Lord of the Harvest is coming,
And Jesus Christ is His name;
He’s coming for His First fruits,
And He’s coming in a fiery flame.
The tares are first to be gathered,
In a bundle and then they are bound;
Cast into the lake of fire,
And no more to be found.
Then the wheat as His First fruits,
Gathered into the barn they shall go,
Waiting for the LORD of the Harvest,
Our Bridegroom, soon to show.
Wearing our white linens upon us,
To the banquet we shall go;
Gathered in Love together,
Eternally with the Lord we know.

Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. (John 4:35)
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. (Matthew 13:30)
Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; (Matthew 9:37)
But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come. (Mark 4:29)
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. (Rev 22:12)
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus. (Rev 22:20)
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. (Rev 19:7-9)
