Are they for real? 

Yes, they are!

But before you switch me off, bear with me a few minutes. I once held similar belief that they were ‘hokus pokus’ until recently when the Lord directed me to study the signs of the times.

Throughout the years, many people have claimed that they have seen weird circular disc shape objects, strange lights or machines flying in the sky at tremendous speed. 

Others have alleged that they have seen weird looking creatures; while others claimed that they have been abducted by aliens.

Are these stories true or just the overactive imagination of people?

Some time ago I was listening to a well-known, influential speaker on YouTube. He is a very eloquent speaker who spoke about political and social issues.

I was very intrigued by his charisma and his speech until he began to talk about having visions of aliens and the great wheel. I immediately switch to something else.

What would possess seemingly intelligent people to announce to the world that they believe in outer space aliens and other weird stuff?

Are they just trying to attract attention or are they telling the truth?

Then it happened, as they continued on and talked, that suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses of fire, and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. (2 Kings 2:11)

For example, some people claimed that the chariot of fire that transported Elijah to heaven was an alien ship. Others argued that the vision that Ezekiel had was also aliens and the ‘mother ship.’

What did Ezeikel see?

Ezekiel prophesied during the captivity of Judah in Babylon. One day while he was by the river Chebar among the exiles, the heaven opened, and he saw visions of God.

It was as if a windstorm came out of the north with huge clouds and brilliant flashing lights.

Ezekiel said that the center of the fire was like a glowing metal and in the fire was what appeared to be living creatures.

The sight was spectacular and was not anything that he had ever seen in this world.

The throne room of God

Ezekiel saw a vision of the throne room of God with ministering angels around His throne. He described God’s throne as a wheel within a wheel, and the Seraphim (living creatures) appeared to relate to these wheels.

This vision was a spectacular heavenly scene which has no bearing on earthly things.

When Ezekiel saw these divine beings, their appearance was nothing like what he had ever seen on earth, so he called them living creatures because they were alive but unknown to him.

Thus, he described their appearances symbolically, and the meaning of these symbols is directly related to Jesus Christ. A full revelation of Ezekiel’s vision will be discussed in another post.

Above the heads of the Seraphim who bore the wheels was a magnificent throne appearing like sapphire and high above on the throne, Ezekiel saw the figure of a man.

But, the person did not have the flesh of a man because from His waist upward looked like glowing metal as if he was full of fire. And from his waist down also looked like fire.

A brilliant light surrounded the figure. His radiance appeared like a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day.

Undoubtedly, Ezekiel saw an unidentified flying object and aliens because they were unknown to him.

As a result of the magnificent glory of the vision, Ezekiel fell prostrated at the feet of God.

If anyone in our present day society saw a vision similar to that of Ezekiel’s I guarantee that they would never be the same again.

Their life would totally change, and they would be empowered with power from God to prophesy and do miracles on earth similar to Ezekiel.

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork. (Psalms 19:1)

When you have an encounter with the true and living God, you cannot be the same again.

The people who claimed that they saw UFOs gave various descriptions. Some said they looked like fast moving flying saucers with lights around it.

Others stated that these vessels contained explosive to kill humans; while others described only floating lights.

The aliens are usually depicted as large head creatures with huge eyes and small mouth and nose. Something looking like the creatures in the ET film.

Every person who claimed that they had an encounter with aliens or flying saucers described their experience as terrifying.

Fear is not of God! Therefore, they did not have an encounter with God.

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. (Isaiah 6:1)

Since the beginning of time, Satan followed God like a shadow to watch His work and to try to either distort or destroy it.

Hence, he is trying to copy the throne of God to intervene in the earthly realm to deceive humans.

To accomplish his masquerade, he joined forces with corrupted men to use their technology. The results are strange flying objects and alien creatures.

Is this factual? Search the scriptures because in them you will find the truth. Read Ezekiel 1 &10.
