The world is increasingly becoming a hostile place to live.

Wars are erupting all over the earth and deadly diseases are killing people every day.

Wars and conflicts result in starvation and diseases as many people flea their affected countries tryin g to find a place of refuge.

The crisis in the world is real and many of us who are not physically experiencing hardships are stressed mentally and spiritually by trials.

It is evident that we all need a place of refuge where we can find protection and rest.

God has offered Himself as a place of refuge, but many people do not know how to find it.

How to make God your refuge?

• By trusting in Him
• By doing good.
• By dwelling in His secret place.
• By feeding on His faithfulness.
• By delighting yourself in the Lord.
• By committing all your ways to the Lord.

Trust, doing good, dwell, feed, delight, and commit all your ways to the Lord.

Benefits of Trusting in the Lord

The Lord will give you:

1. Stability
2. Protection
3. Covering
4. Your desires
5. Fulfillment of all your dreams.

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on his faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in him, and he shall bring it to pass. (Psalms 37:3-5)
