Mornings are the worst and best time of the day.

It is the worst because this is when you get your best sleep after a long sleepless night. However, when the alarm rings at 5 am, you have to get up to get ready for work.

Mornings are the best part of the day because it signifies a new beginning.

The old day has become yesterday.

Every morning when I awake, I choose positivity and declare:

This is the day the Lord has made; We (I) will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalms 118:24 NKJV)

As the day progresses, life happens, and you will need some motivation to press on.

Endeavor to make your speech always seasoned with salt. Determine that if your words cannot encourage or bless others, you will not speak them.

Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. (Ephesians 4:29)

As you go through the day, continue to meditate on the Word of God and ensure that everything that you say and do will glorify God.

“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16 NKJV)

At the end of the day, when you retire to bed, you will be at peace, and you will have sweet rest.

I will bless the Lord who guides me; even at night, my heart instructs me. I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me. No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice. My body rests in safety. (Psalms 16:7-9 NLT)
