God protects His Children!

How does He protect them? You may ask.

How God protects His children

• Present help

The Lord promised that He will never leave nor forsake His children.

He will never fail you and He will never forget the promises that He made to you.

Because the Lord is always with you, He will be present to help you in whatever situation that you may encounter.

• Guard

Whenever you are faced with a crucial decision of whether to leave or stay, just remain calm and patience because the Lord will go ahead of you to conquer all the giants in your path.

Therefore, you will not leave in a hurry or run for your life because the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard (Isaiah 55:12).

Never forget that “the Lord is faithful. who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3)

• Watchman

God never sleep or slumber so when you are sleeping He is watching over the strangers, He is watching over the fatherless and He is watching over you and I.

While the Lord is watching over His people He is turning the enemy upside down.

What a God!

Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the Lord guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain. (Psalms 127:1)

• Refuge and strength

Trust the Lord to be your strength when you are weak. He is the shield and horn of your salvation.

The Lord is your stronghold and refuge. He will save you from the violent hands of the enemy.

The Lord is your fortress and refuge in the day of affliction (Jeremiah 16:19)

• Barrier

The Lord has established a hedge around you to protect you.

This hedge is similar to what He did for Job and so the enemy could not penetrate that barrier (Job 1:10).

The Lord hedge you from behind and before and laid His hands upon you (Psalms 139:5).

Ensure that this hedge remain in tact by being obedient to God.

• God’s hiding place

Anyone who dwells in the secret place of the most high God will abide under the the shadow of the Almighty.

As a result you will be able to “say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” (Psalms 91:2 NKJV).

Some additional advantages of being in the secret place of God is that He will rescue you from every trap of the enemy.

He will protect you from deadly diseases.

“He will cover you with His feathers and shelter you with His wings and His faithful promises are your armor and protection” (Psalms 91:4 NLT)

Therefore, you do not have to be afraid of the darkness and the terror that stalks in the night.

Neither do you have to fear the arrow or darts of the wicked one during the day nor the disasters that strike at midday.

You will behold the fall of the enemy all around you, but you will not be harm.

As long as you are in the hiding place of God, no evil will overcome you and no plagues will come your dwelling place.

Wherever you go, the angel of the Lord will follow and protect you. They will hold you up in their arms so that your feet will not stumble.

Additionally, you have the authority to trample on lions and deadly serpents. When you call upon the Lord He will definitely answer. He will rescue and honor you and He will reward you with long life, favor and salvation.

Amen!
