Power

For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power.

(1 Corinthians 4:20)

The right hand of the Lord is glorious in power (Exodus 15:6; 2 Chronicles 29:12). He will continually uphold you with His righteous right hand.

The Lord is the Rock that gives us strength and power (2 Samuel 22:32-33).

The power of the Lord’s Spirit stirs up the sea and His understanding breaks up the storm (Job 26:12).

“The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is full of majesty.” (Psalms 29:4 NKJV)

 The Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins (Mark 2:10; 1 Corinthians 1:13). Therefore, you can cry out to God and He will deliver you from sins and heal all your diseases.

“What a word this is! For with authority and power, He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.” (Luke 4:16)

Jesus has the power to lay down His life and take it up again (John 10:28).

There is power in the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:10).

Wisdom

The Spirit of the Lord will fill you with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (Exodus 35:31)

The wisdom of God called all men unto Himself (1 Corinthians 1:24).

The wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. God used the foolish and simple things to confound the wise (1 Corinthians 3:19)

Only God can grant you the spirit of wisdom and revelation to know Him (Ephesians 1:17).

Discretion

“Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you.” (Proverbs 2:11)

The Lord used power, wisdom, and discretion to create and establish the earth and universe.

Therefore, as children of God, we ought to ensure that we exercise discretion in our daily lives because we will be able to guide our affairs wisely and will also help us to control our temper (Psalms 112:5; Proverbs 19:11).
