Do Not Trust Uncertain Riches

1–2 minutes

Years of accumulated wealth can disappear instantly with the puff of a mighty wind.

Therefore, it is futile to put your trust in material things.

What are uncertain riches?

Uncertain riches are anything that can decay with time.

Uncertain riches are anything that can be stolen by thieves, including Satan (Matthew 6:19).

Uncertain riches are ill-gotten gain through deception and by illegal means.

These uncertain riches will not last!

Therefore, trust in the faithfulness and the promises of God.

Trust in the treasures in heaven that Jesus is preparing for you.

Trust in the living God!
