It Is Working Out For Your Good

Roman 8:28 applies to you if you love God and is called according to His purpose.

How do you demonstrate your love for God?

“The commandments of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving insight for living. Reverence for the Lord is pure, lasting forever. The laws of the Lord are true; each one is fair.” (Psalms 19:8-9 NLT)

Based on the Word of God His commandments are simple and it is summarized clearly by Jesus.

He said that the greatest commandments is to love the Lord with all your heart and soul and to love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:37-39)

Thus loving your neighbor whom you can see and treating them with kindness and compassion is the best demonstration to prove that you love God.

You cannot say you love God whom you cannot see and hate your brother whom you can see (1 John 4:20).

Therefore, let us endeavor to love each other. Let us strive to be kind to each other.

Who are the people called according to God’s purpose?

They are the chosen people of God!

Who are God’s chosen people?

You are!

God’s chosen people were once the ancient Israelites.

Now, God’s chosen people are anyone who chooses life through Jesus Christ.

You are now the children of God who have been delivered from the bondage of sin.

One significant benefit of being a child of God is that you are nourished and protected by God.

Therefore, in times of trials, you can shelter under His wings in the secret place (Psalms 91).

Your disappointments will become opportunities for new appointments.

Your nights of weeping will quickly turn into mornings of Joy (Psalms 30:5).

Bountiful blessings are yours when you are a part of God’s chosen people.

If you are not part of this chosen generation, would you like to become one?
