Six Powerful Blessings For Fathers

Fathers, as you celebrate this special day, take some time to reflect on all the blessings that God has given to you.

You will agree that the blessings of God is unlimited, but I will emphasize six that incorporates all.

1. You will be a father of many nations (Genesis 17:4;26:24).

Your descendants will continue to grow until the end of this world.

As a child of God, you have inherited the blessings of Abraham. Above all, God will be a Father to you (2 Corinthians 6:18).

2. God has ordained you to be a king and priest over your household.

The Lord has blessed you with every spiritual blessings in heavenly places.

Therefore, you have the power and authority to lead your family into all things pertaining to life.

So, ensure that your leadership releases blessings over your family and not curses.

When you place God first and foremost in your life your family will become priority.

3. You have the authority to bring peace to your household (Phil 4:7)

By establishing godly examples, your family will live in peace.

4. God has established you as a watchman over your family.

Sin is always loitering at your door but you do not have to submit to sin. Instead, you can rule over it (Genesis 4:7)

Therefore, guard the entrance of your door against spiritual and physical intruders.

The thief’s intention is to steal, kill, and destroy, but through Jesus Christ, you can destroy every plot of the enemy.

5. You have the potential to be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect (Matthew 5:48).

You do not have to be intimidated by the goal of perfection. You can achieve it by following the footsteps of Christ one step at a time.

Bind the spirits of pride, stubbornness and disobedience that will prevent you from achieving your goal.

6. You are endowed with faith to believe that all things are possible with God (Mark 9:23-24).

Jesus said that if you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can move mountains and nothing will be impossible for you (Matthew 17:20).

Therefore, Claim your healing, deliverance and restoration in Jesus name.

Finally,

Continue to walk in these blessings all the days of your life.
