  1. These are wonderful tips. There can be many stressors during the day so we have to be intentional about letting things go. Doing some stretches before bed or reading helps me. And of course as you mentioned, prayer.

  3. I make a practice of simply saying thank you the Lord, each night and if too many things seek to muddle my mind, I start repeating the 23rd Psalm. I don’t usually get it finished.
