In a society that is filled with various types of delectable cuisines such as fast food chains, local and international restaurants, it is hard to abstain from food.

I do fast a lot, I have seen how the power of the enemy is easily broken.
Prayer intensity also increases when we are fasting.
Sometimes I think some food we are taking these days is actually causing our bodies do grow frail.
GMO etc.
Besides spirituality the actually cleaning of our temples from these toxic drugs and fast foods is necessary.
It’s amazing how food can easily become a little God through addictions to food and beverages
