We must admit that it is hard for anyone to stay pure in this world that has so many temptations to attract them.

As usual, the Bible has the perfect answer to this dilemma.
How can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word. I have tried hard to find you— don’t let me wander from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. (Psalms 119: 9-11 NLT)
How to stay pure in this world.
-
Follow the path that God has prepared for you
When you know the will of God for your life you will not waste time chasing after senseless dreams.
Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses. And He led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city for a dwelling place. (Psalms 107: 5-6)
-
Acknowledging the Lord in everything that you do.
When you seek the Lord’s advice in everything that you do even the seemingly insignificant things, He will direct your path.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
-
Obedience to the Holy Spirit
Hide the Word of God in your heart by studying it daily and memorizing verses.
When temptations arise you will distinctly hear the voice of God speaking to your heart and reminding you of His Word.
You are only required to obey the voice of the Lord.

-
Activate a consistent prayer life
Let the first words that you utter in the morning be a simple prayer of thanksgiving to the Lord.
This will command your morning and establish a productive day (Psalms 5:3).
Pray silently while at work or school and pray before going to bed to ensure a restful night.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
-
Surround yourself with Godly people
The book of Proverbs encourages us that when we keep company with wise people we will become wise.
1 Corinthians 15: 33 (ESV) tells us that bad company ruins good morals.
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. (Psalms 1:1-3)
-
Practice pure religion
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. (James 1:27)
Be wise and obey the instructions of the Lord and this will keep you unspotted in this world.

Everything you said here is true. Read God’s word every day, pray without ceasing, and remain in close fellowship with other believers. This is how I survive spiritually in this fallen world.
