The Making Of A Godly Man
Help, Lord, for the godly man ceases!
Help, Lord, for the godly man ceases! For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men. They speak idly everyone with his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak (Psalms 12:1-2 NKJV)
The whole creation groans and travail for the manifestation of the sons of God (Romans 8:19, 22).
The oppressed on the earth and the blood of innocent victims are crying out to God for help and to take vengeance.
Deception and immorality have taken over the society and the earth itself is heavy and burdened with the curses that men have accumulated upon it.
The earth is ripe for a cleansing but the Lord promised that He will no longer destroy the earth with a flood. Neither will He destroy all flesh from under the heaven and earth (Genesis 6:17).
However, one day the Lord will intervene and when He does it will be in His full majesty and power to restore His people unto Him and to destroy Satan and his kingdom.
There is still time for repentance. It is not too late for our men to repent and seek the Lord with all their hearts and soul and the Lord will hear their cry and forgive them.
When the men follow the Lord, the women and children will also turn to God.
Therefore, we need our men to rise up and lead us onto the path of righteousness in Jesus name.
Becoming a man of God
We are praying for godly men in our society. But it is important that we teach the men how to live a holy life base on the principles of God.
- Return to your Creator
The smallest creation of God in the entire universe is man because he was created from the dust of the earth and he is like dust in the eyes of God.
However, God crowned man with honor and glory.
Over the course of the ages man has strayed away from his glorious position but he can be reinstated through the Lord Jesus Christ.
When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you visit him? For you have made him a little lower than the angels, and you have crowned him with glory and honor (Psalms 8:3-5 NKJV).

- Avoid the counsel of the ungodly.
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper. (Psalms 1:1-3 NKJV)
Unwinding after a stressful day at work is a natural thing to do. However, the place where you unwind and the manner in which you do it is crucial.
The bars and night clubs are not the best places because they will lead you into further ungodliness.
- Delight yourself in the Lord
Spending quality time in the Word of God should be a pleasure and not a burden.
Building quality relationship with God will lead to success and prosperity.
Delight thyself also in the Lord: and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass. And He shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. (Psalms 37:4-6 NKJV)

- Living your investment
Humans are a powerful investment on the earth. If no human exists on earth then the plants will die and the everything will decay.
God created everything necessary on earth for the sustenance of humans before He created man on the sixth day.
He was created to rule the earth and to wisely use its natural resources.
I encourage you to live up to this great responsibility that God has given you.
You are a powerful investment!
This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens, before any plant of the field was in the earth and before any herb of the field had grown.
For the Lord God had not caused it to rain on the earth, and there was no man to till the ground, but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living being. (Genesis 2:4-7 NKJV)
