What Can Separate Us From The Love Of Christ?
Today, I want to examine if there is anything in this world that can separate us from the love of God.

If we, like Jonah, try to run away from God by sailing to the farthest corners of the earth will that separate us from the love of Christ?
If we fly to the edge of the universe will we be out of reach from God’s love?
Surely, God is too holy to go to hell to find anyone, so will there be separation from God’s love in hell?
Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in [c]hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me. (Psalms 139:7-10NKJV)
The Bible states that our greatest battles are not with flesh and blood but with the spiritual forces of darkness that we cannot see. When these enemies attack us will God forsake us?
If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,” even the night shall be light about me; Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You, but the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You. (Psalms 139:11-12NKJV)
A cry from our hearts to the heart of God
O Lord you chose us from before the foundation of the earth. You chose us to be blameless and holy before you in love.
You adopted us as your children through the Lord Jesus Christ and made us accepted in the beloved.
You saved us from the pit of darkness and brought us into your marvelous light.
Lord, you assigned royalty status to us and changed us into a holy nation and a special people.
Lord, you know our thoughts, our good days, and bad ones. You are acquainted with all our ways.
You see all the evil that exists in this world. You see the continuous conspiracies of the wicked one against your holy people.
Your eyes, O God, are in every place beholding the evil and the good. But your eyes are also upon the righteous, and your ears are open to our cry.
You have formed a hedge around us and laid your hands upon us. Such knowledge is far beyond our comprehension.
Despite the turmoils all around us you have given us peace within our souls. A peace that passes all understanding.
How precious are your thought towards us O Lord! You have no evil intentions towards us but you only think peacefully about us to give us a great future.
Your heart is grieved when you see the wickedness of man upon this earth.
You cry when you see the merciless slaying of the innocent victims and the senseless murder of the unborn.
It is not your will that any of us perish but that we all repent and receive forgiveness.
But, you want us to call upon you. You want us to pray. You want us to seek you with all our hearts and you will hear us and rescue us.
You want to release us from captivity and deliver us evil. You want to gather us into your arms and restore the joy of your salvation.
All of us is precious in your sight and you love us with an everlasting love.
Therefore, search us, O God, and know our hearts. Try us, and know our anxieties.
See if there are any wicked ways in us, cleanse us, and lead us in your everlasting way.
Amen!
Who, then, is able to separate us from the love of Christ?
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:35-39)
My dear friends, continue to trust in the Lord because His grace and mercy are everlasting. He will not allow the righteous to be forsaken nor your seed begging bread.
Stand firm and pray without ceasing because you will live to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
The Lord will eventually put an end to all the problems in this world.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. (Revelation 21:1-5)

Has the Lord God not loved us from eternity past, knowing that we will be of the creationism? Does He not continue to love us to allow His dear Son to go through the substitutionary death of Golgotha? Did He not say, “I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am ye may be there also?”
Nothing, absolutely speaking, can separate us from the sworn love of God: for He did say, “I will not leave you comfortless.” Hallelujah!!!
This is beautiful, reassuring, an invigoration, as soothing as the balm of Gilead, and reminding me of His empyreal peace, peace that passeth man’s understanding! How I love Jesus.

Praise God for His promise to never leave nor forsake us, a promise no one else could ever keep. How people live without God is unimaginable yet sadly many do. Nothing can separate us and this makes the enemy of our soul very unhappy (John 10:10).God Bless your ministry!

Thank you, Julia for sharing your thoughts on this post. Indeed, I always wonder how anyone can survive this world without God. That is why so many people have been overcome by the enemy. I pray that God will lead them to the right path. Have a blessed day.
