The Word, the Spirit and Light are the life of men.

In the beginning God created life by His spoken Word.

Then the Word of life said, “Let there be light.” And there was light.

This light was the life of men.

For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself. (John5:26)

God also grant favor to those who received life through the Lord Jesis Christ.

But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. (Psalms 5:11-12)

You have granted me life and favor, and your care has preserved my spirit. (Job 10:12)

Remember the word to your servant, upon which you have caused me to hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has given me life. (Psalms 119:49-50)
