Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers.

May your day overflow with blessings.

My prayer for you this morning is that you will become instruments of righteousness and holiness.

I pray that the melodies that come from you will bring joy and comfort to the listener.

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. (Romans 6:13)

May the Lord strengthen you to become an instrument of war so that you can be a powerful battle-axe against the enemy.

Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms; and with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider. (Jeremiah 51:20-21)

Finally, I pray that you will become an instrument of praise unto God regardless of your circumstances.

Praise Him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. (Psalms 150:4)
