Overcoming Your Problems

1–2 minutes

Life comes with trials. But, they do not have to defeat you.

You can keep all the troubles to yourself or you can cast them at the feet of Jesus.

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7)

It takes humility to recognise that you have a problem that you cannot solve and you need help.

However, you do not have to share your problems with everyone that you meet, you only need to share it one person.

The One who is bigger than your problems.

Cast thy burden upon theΒ Lord, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. (Psalms 55:22)

When your burden is lifted, your eyes will be opened to new opportunities all around you.

  3. This is a Godsend because I’m literally addicted to confession. I talk about my problems to get the guilt off instead of confessing to Christ.

It’s a long story of how it started but I really appreciate this sweet quick post and I never saw that before β€œcast your care” was humble yourself.

    God bless πŸ’•

    1. Thank you for sharing. It is good to talk to someone trustworthy about our problems but we have to release them to the Lord. Have a great week.
