You do not need any other reason to praise the Lord other than He is holy.
Surely we need to praise God for many things. You can praise Him for His excellent greatness.
You can praise God for His mighty acts and His wonderful works to us. You can also praise Him for His unconditional love to us and His everlasting mercy.
Praise the Lord because He is God!
