  1. I have been wrestling with what you have spoken about for the past few months.
And it’s still something I am wrestling with today.
I know He wants me to trust Him completely and to learn He is my source no matter the situation I am in right now.
    Great post

I have learned over many years of living my Christian life, that when you put God first, situations will work out for Gods greater purpose however good or bad it may be, and the outcome is that He receives the glory He so deserves. It is up to us to choose to allow Him to be first in our lives and let His purposes and plans for us to play out. We just need to be patient. So that’s one of many ways we can bless God, and when we do, He will always bless us, because it gives Him pleasure when we acknowledge Him and love on Him each and every day. So, we can choose to be content no matter what, for He sees His finished product (us-His children), and he works all this out in the process of time. His time. 🙂

For we know that ALL things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13

For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. Psalms 149:4

A very timely lesson for us to meditate on Beverley. Thank you for sharing.

    1. You have summarized the lesson on contentment very beautifully. Only when God is first in our lives and we allow Him to direct our path will we achieve contentment. Thank you also.
